On Sunday 8th September, the Hughes family are participating in the Thames Hospice Sunflower Walk in honour of our brave grandad who sadly lost his life to lung cancer. Thames Hospice plays a vital role in our Grandad's journey, providing him with comfort and support during this challenging time. By walking together, we aim to raise funds for Thames Hospice and show our gratitude for the incredible care they have provided. 🌻💛
