On Sunday, September 8th, the Hughes family will be taking part in the Thames Hospice Sunflower Walk to honour the memory of our Grandad Pete, who recently lost his battle with lung cancer. Thames Hospice was an incredible support during his journey, providing him with the comfort and care he needed.

Grandad Pete and Nannie Lin have volunteered at the Hospice for nearly 20 years, so this cause is especially close to our hearts.

By participating in this walk, we hope to raise funds for Thames Hospice as a heartfelt thank you and to honour our grandad in a way that would make him proud. 🌻💛
