In June I will be cycling from Land’s End to John O’Groats, almost 1000 miles riding from home in Cornwall to the furthest point away in Scotland.

Why?

Because I’m taking on this epic ride for YoungMinds 💛 which an incredible charity supporting young people’s mental health, which is now very important to me being a Father to Fletcher. I’m doing it with the support of M&S (who clearly decided I needed an even bigger challenge in my calendar).

There will be hills.

There will be headwinds.

There will almost certainly be moments where I question every life decision that led me here.

But there will also be purpose, raising awareness and funds for young people who need support more than ever. That part makes every pedal stroke worth it.

I’ll be sharing updates and hopefully some photos along the way.
