Story
Our BIG Fun-raiser returns in June 2026 to support YoungMinds, helping ensure no young person feels alone with their mental health.
A team of M&S colleagues will take on an ambitious cycle ride from Land’s End to John O’Groats – travelling an impressive 900 miles over 10 days to raise funds for YoungMinds. M&S stores along the route will cheer the cycle team along.
At the same time, colleagues across the country will take on their own challenges - swimming, cycling, running or walking to see which store can clock up the most miles for YoungMinds. We’ll be using an activity platform to encourage some healthy competition along the way!
Most of all, through the BIG FUN-raiser we will showcase the power of people coming together and raising funds for YoungMinds. With 1 in 5 young people struggling with their mental health, let’s go BIG together, one step at a time. Whatever we do and however we do it: Together, we’ve got this.
About YoungMinds
YoungMinds is the national charity for young people’s mental health. They give young people the tools to look after their mental health. They empower adults to be the best support they can be. And they create opportunities for young people to have their voices heard: YoungMinds | Mental Health Charity For Children And Young People | YoungMinds
About the YoungMinds x M&S partnership
The M&S and YoungMinds partnership launched in October 2023 on World Mental Health Day, with an ambitious target of raising £5m in three years. In just over two years, M&S colleagues and customers have raised an incredible £5.5m.
But we’re not stopping there – because more young people and the adults in their lives still need support. By the end of December 2026, we’re aiming to raise an additional £1.5m including donations from the BIG FUN-raiser. That could fund YoungMinds’ services and support to parents and carers for a whole year. We believe no young person should feel alone with their mental health, and no adult should feel lost when they want to help.
