CDW is excited to participate in The Dell Management Challenge in support of The Talent Foundry. This two-day adventure race will test teams' endurance and teamwork through various disciplines, including canoeing, running, mountain biking, hiking, and map reading.

The team will face physical challenges such as mountain biking, running, and hiking up Hay Bluff and Offa’s Dyke Path, as well as water-based activities, archery, and logic challenges to test both mind and body.

With numerous opportunities to gain an edge over other teams, the competition will be fierce from start to finish. In addition to being the fastest and solving mind puzzles, fundraising totals will also contribute to the team's points!

This year, teams are raising vital funds for The Talent Foundry, a charity that helps young people from underserved communities discover their talents, develop valuable employment skills, and prepare for the world of work.
