Story
On Christmas Eve 2015, my wife sadly lost her big sister to epilepsy. Kirsty was only 32, and seven months pregnant with twin girls. Despite the best efforts of paramedics who performed an emergency caesarean, the seizure also claimed the lives of her unborn twins.
Also on hand that tragic day were the Thames Valley Air Ambulance, who airlifted Kirsty and the girls to The John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford.
Thames Valley Air Ambulance exists to give everybody within our community the best chance of surviving and recovering from an emergency.
I know it’s the start of the year, and times are tough for many, but anything you can afford to donate would be hugely appreciated.
Many thanks,
Simon
