I’ve decided to have another crack at the Great North Run on September 8, 2024, after it almost killed me back in 2018 - but thats a story for another time

No time pressures, just get round, have fun and raise as much money as I possibly can. It’s even on the tele so you can check you’re getting your monies worth!

I am running for a great cause that affects many, including a dear friend of mine - the bestest and loudest cheerleader there is!

The cause I am fundraising for is the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Multiple Sclerosis is a chronic illness that impacts the lives of thousands of people around the world. It's a disease that affects the central nervous system and can cause a wide range of symptoms, from fatigue and difficulty walking to problems with coordination and balance.

Every little helps (I should trademark that!), so even the price of a pint (northerners) or the price of a half for the rest of you would make a huge difference and go towards my total - oh and remember to gift aid too!
