Story
Inclusion really matters
Neurodivergence and disability have for too long been seen as something to overcome. We are lucky to know quite a few people who are living their best lives with neurodivergence and disability. For many, Include.org is part of that.
Gareth, Penny and Luke will Run Reigate on 21st September to raise funds for the charity.
Luke and Penny will run the 5K and Gareth the 10K.
By sponsoring us you are helping create a world where no-one is excluded because of communication needs.

More about the charity:
Include is an award-winning Surrey-based charity offering social, learning and therapeutic opportunities for people age 16+ who have communication needs. Most have multiple and varied conditions or diagnoses, and intersectionality in their experiences of being excluded.
Include is all about thinking outside the box: music, games, cake and laughter are some of the tools to bring inclusive communication to life. Inclusive Communication means recognising, respecting and using all forms of communication – not just the written and spoken word.
Include helps reduce exclusion, by providing Speech and Language Therapy-based community activities and training which:
● Promote inclusion and wellbeing
● Empower people with communication needs
● Develop communication skills with individuals, services and communities
