I’m taking on the Run Reigate challenge in support of Include.org – a small but powerful charity making a real difference. Because they’re not a big national organisation, every single donation has an incredible impact.

Include.org helps people with communication disabilities in creative, uplifting ways that don’t feel like therapy at all. From inclusive Makaton choirs and wellbeing walks to co-production sessions and more, they use speech and language therapy expertise to build confidence, connection, and community.

And the difference it makes is clear in the words of those involved:
