Story
Swimming has always been a huge part of my life. I was a competitive swimmer right through to university, and since then I’ve dipped my toe into triathlons and open-water swimming.
I’ve teamed up with three other amazing swimmers from Walden Tri Club to take on a 12-hour relay swim (7pm to 7am) and raise money for Level Water, a charity that gives children with disabilities the opportunity to learn to swim.
Over 12 hours, the four of us will take turns swimming one-hour shifts, completing three swims each through the night. To make it even more of a challenge, I’ve set myself a personal goal of swimming at least 3km in every hour-long stint—so that’s 9km of swimming in total.
Every £15 donated funds one life-changing swimming lesson. That’s why we’re doing this—and why your support would mean so much.
Whether it’s helping a child gain confidence in the water, learn an essential life skill, or simply experience the joy of swimming, every donation makes a real difference.
Thank you for your support. 💙
