Story
Hello all,
Fuelled by anger at the callous Tories for squeezing anyone but their cronies dry, I'm taking part in the Hackney Half to raise money for the Felix Project.
In London alone, 400,000 children & 1.5 MILLION adults are going hungry, all while we subsidise Sunak et al's meals.
The mission of the Felix Project is simple - to take surplus food from their suppliers and deliver it to any charity that helps feed people. It's all nutritious and would otherwise go to waste. Not only that, but it helps fight food poverty and reduces costs for hardworking organisations.
We shouldn't have to raise money to make sure people don't starve, but here we are.
If you can spare some money, please do consider donating. £10 = 29 meals. That's less than 2 pints. Soon, no doubt, it'll be less than 2 takeaway coffees.
