Anyone who knows me, knows Cardio is not my thing, let alone a half marathon!

However, I have made some pretty amazing progress in my health and wellbeing journey and with the encouragement from my friends have set my next challenge as the Cardiff half.

I can’t think of anything better than a charity who does everything it can to help dogs who have not had the lives they deserve. If it was up to me, my house would be full of dogs to accompany Albie, my 2 year old spaniel. Sadly my boyfriend isn’t yet onboard with being a crazy dog house, so raising money for Hope to help these beautiful babies find their homes is the next best thing!

Hope Rescue aim to provide a place of safety for vulnerable dogs, rehabilitating and rehoming them whilst working towards creating lasting change to improve the welfare of all dogs. Collaborating with partner organisations to provide services to our local communities and support owners to help them keep their pets.
