I have been inspired by my local community since the announcement that Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice will be closing down by the end of this year if it doesn’t raise £5 million in the next 30 days to find a new home.

Though it is a tall order, I want to follow the hope ignited by local businesses and individuals in Liverpool and would love to do my bit if possible to fundraise and contribute toward saving this wonderful place.

I am currently learning Level 1 BSL (British Sign Language) with the incredible Deaf Active and have decided to share some of the amazing words and phrases I have learnt as part of my course so far. I have decided to share a different word in BSL each day for the next 30 days to raise money for Zoe’s Place.
