Annie and I are raising funds to bring Molly O'Brien of Optimal Birth to Ipswich to deliver her incredible and important training on biomechanics for birth to our midwives and obstetricians

Biomechanics gives birthworkers enhanced understanding of the physiology of birth, along with teaching positions and actions that can support a birthing person to overcome issues such a delay in labour or a baby that's in a sub-optimal position

An understanding of biomechanics helps to improve outcomes and improve parental satisfaction
