We are proud to announce our private Corporate Team Building Experience and Women's Self Defence Workshop as part of our 24hr Spar-Athon, taking place at Fightworx Martial Arts Academy in Torquay.

We will be putting our skills to the test and undertaking this gruelling challenge in Aid of our supported charity, Rowcroft Hospice in Torquay. Rowcroft provide invaluable support and care for people across the Torbay region for people that are in need of end-of-life palliative care. The majority of funding comes from the community and on average costs £410 to provide care for 24hr’s as an inpatient and £1,684 to provide a week’s care in an individual’s home. That’s why funding via charity events such as these is so important.

Corporate Team Building Experience 19th - 20th April 2:30pm - 4:30pm

£150 for groups of up to 10 people

Included as part of our 24 hour Spar-Athon, we are also running a Corporate Team Building Experience which will include some boxing and Thai boxing skills, submission holds from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and you'll have the opportunity to try some techniques seen in the UFC. Come and have a go, with all proceeds going to Rowcroft Hospice.

Women's Self Defence Workshop 19th - 20th April 5:00pm - 7:00pm

£25.00 per person, including refreshments on the day

Included as part of our 24 hour Spar-Athon, we are also running a Women's Self Defence Workshop led by Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Champion, Madi Murphy. The workshop is set out to provide the practical and necessary skills to keep yourself and your loved one's safe, should the need ever arise.
