Ride+Stride is a sponsored event to visit churches by bike, walking or any other means of travel. The event raises funds for the restoration and preservation of churches and chapels in Gloucestershire and North Bristol .

Story

On Saturday 9th September, Peter Dixon will visit ten historic churches in a 20+ mile walk to support the Gloucestershire Historic Churches Trust and St Edward's. Stow.

Thousands of people take part in Ride+Stride every year to raise funds to support their local churches and county historic churches trusts. In our area, participants raised over £30,000 in 2022, for individual churches and for the GHCT grants programme.
