I’m absolutely buzzing to share that this year marks 4 whole years since I took my last drink and substance – and I couldn’t be prouder of how far I’ve come. To celebrate this massive milestone, I’m taking on something I never thought I’d have the courage to do: a SKYDIVE!

While my own recovery journey began in rehab, where I got the structured support I desperately needed, I want to give back by supporting Alcohol Change UK. They do incredible work for people affected by alcohol across the UK, and I know how vital organisations like theirs are for so many."
