In August 2025, I’ll be running **The TCS Sydney Marathon** to raise funds for **MS-UK**— an incredible organization dedicated to empowering people affected by **Multiple Sclerosis (MS)** to live happier, healthier lives.

This will be my **6th World Marathon Major** and my **3rd time running for an MS-related charity**—a cause that means everything to me. As a **physical therapist, MS specialist, and researcher**, I have dedicated my career to helping people with MS regain **strength, balance, and mobility**. But MS is more than just a physical condition—it affects every part of a person’s life. That’s why organizations like MS-UK are so important.

MS-UK provides **direct support, education, and resources** to those living with MS, including a helpline, emotional support, online programs, and their bi-monthly magazine, *New Pathways*. Unlike larger organizations, **MS-UK is a small charity**—which means every dollar raised has a real and immediate impact.

**Why This Fundraiser Matters**

Running marathons while fundraising for MS charities lets me **combine two of my biggest passions**—and I would love your support in reaching my goal!

I know not everyone is in a position to donate, and that’s okay—**sharing this page, cheering me on, and sending good vibes means the world to me!**
