On Sunday 20th September 2026, I'll be joining Velindre Cancer Charity for their iconic annual running event – Castle 2 Castle!

The 11-mile run starts at the formidable Caerphilly Castle, winding through the scenic Taff Trail, and finishing all the way in Cardiff city centre.

I'll be taking part in this event with the aim of raising vital funds for Velindre Cancer Service, also known as, The Hospital of Hope.

Velindre Cancer Charity funds resources above and beyond NHS provisions by investing in complimentary supportive services, funding innovative technologies, and driving forward transformative research and clinical trials – all for the benefit of cancer patients in Wales.
