Since Seb's 10th birthday in November, I started using Zephyr's Clay and Connect evenings and I would like to give back to a charity that has been providing help and support, help and support that I didn't consciously know I needed.

To do this I am talking part in the Zephyr's Firewalk to support bereaved families Nottingham.
