Story
This event will take place over two days
Friday 25th October 13 miles starting from aintree retail park
Saturday 26th October remaining 13 miles ending at Zoe’s place Liverpool
some of you may know for the 22 months of our beautiful jacobs life Zoe’s place supported our family and beautiful boy right until the end
With the devestating news of the potential closure of Zoe’s place going public last week
We would like to join in by helping them raise the much needed funds to keep there doors open so children like our Jacob can receive some of the most outstanding care whilst there families receive some respite
I have come up with an idea of running and walking 42km (26miles) in two days around Liverpool finishing off at Zoe’s place to raise any money i can to help towards the funds needed to keep Zoe’s place open
I have been inspired by the red head terror who’s little sister goes to Zoe’s place. Both I and red head terror (Anthony) are apart of next generation MMA in Liverpool and have the same idea in mind raise as much money as possible
I thought this would be an incredible way to give back to Zoe’s for all they did for Jacob and our family
We truly believe if everyone and anyone helps in any way towards the funds needed then we will be able to keep Zoe’s place open !
13 miles on Friday 25th October
The remaining 13 miles on Saturday 26th October
I am asking the city of liverpool that anyone who would like to join me please get in touch with myself or my mother (stephanie ryan)directly ( don’t worry you can walk run jog do half the journey whole journey or just ten minutes we would just be so grateful for the support )
We’ll be working hard with my PT in the upcoming days we’ve done all the planning of the routes and journeys, now we just need to get as many people to sponsor me as possible, and get people to join me on this run and my mum has spoken to our beloved Zoe’s place and confirmed plans for me to end our run there !
My younger brother Freddie and sister Alexis will be running a couple of miles with me on the last leg of the journey to Zoe’s place 💙💜
We will be so grateful for any donations however small and please share all over social media
Please help us in saying a massive thank you to Zoe’s place for all they have done not just for our family but for so many others to and keep them doors open 💚 in loving memory of Jacob Thomas Ryan 3/5/17-1/4/19 💚
In the event there is no resolution, and the hospice did close after the 30-day consultation period, any restricted, pledged funding will remain with the donor. Any other money donated will be used to pay for the care of our babies and families while we remain open until the end of the year. If there is a resolution, the funding donated to this page would be used to help fund a new hospice - any funds remaining will pay for the care of the families we support.
