We have an opportunity to come together as TEAMFLYNN for a cause that truly matters, and one that's close to our hearts. I feel very strongly about this charity; I commit a lot of my time and efforts to try and make a difference.

1 in every 10 children will need the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children at some point in their lives, this is the only specialist children’s hospital in Northern Ireland. That's someone's child, sibling, niece, nephew or perhaps someone closer to home for some of us.

That's why we're looking you to join in the abseil challenge in aid of Little Heroes, the charity supporting the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children.

📍 Location: Fairhead, Northern Ireland

What's involved, you’ll descend a spectacular 90ft sea cliff at Fairhead, one of Northern Ireland's most iconic and breathtaking locations, this is done at your own pace, with the full support of highly qualified instructors by your side every step of the way. No experience necessary; just a willingness to face your fears and take on something extraordinary, plus - you must raise funds personally for the charity.

Every single step you take down that cliff face helps provide vital support for young patients and their families during some of the most difficult times of their lives.

This is more than a team activity; it's a chance to do something truly meaningful together and a bit of craic on the day. We'd love to see as many of you as possible take part, whether you're climbing down that cliff or cheering others on.
