Story
In June this year I will be joining Day One Trauma Support in its fifth anniversary year as a national charity, taking part in the Mont Blanc Circuit Trek.
This is a physically demanding challenge, completed over three days, involving up to eight hours of trekking each day and reaching altitudes of over 2,500 metres.
I am undertaking this challenge to raise vital funds for individuals who have suffered catastrophic, life-changing injuries. Day One provides essential practical and emotional support at a time when it is needed most, yet receives no NHS or government funding—meaning every pound raised truly makes a difference.
Your support can have a direct impact:
£60 could fund one hour of counselling support
£300 could provide an emergency grant for families facing unexpected costs
£1,010 could fund a caseworker for a week, delivering vital one-to-one support
Any contribution, no matter the size, would be hugely appreciated.
Together, we can help ensure that no one has to rebuild their life alone.
