I have joined the Mencap Marvels 2023, a relay team looking to swim the English Channel in September.

Signing up to swim the cold Channel, a busy shipping lane with lots of jelly fish does seem like a ridiculous idea! However, I feel privileged to be part of a team raising money for Mencap and their fantastic work valuing and supporting people with a learning disability, and their families and carers. Your donation would be much appreciated to help support their work.
