Thank you everyone, well here I am, madly about to embark on training for my 4th London Marathon after hanging up my trainers 8 years ago. I am now going from couch to 26.2 miles, so need every bit of encouragement. I wanted to support a local charity and this amazing charity is located only 1/2 hr from my home in the gorgeous Devon Countryside and is where Jess and Dom learnt to ride.
