Ferg & I have signed up for the Adrian Flux Lap Of Anglia, a 4 day 435 mile cycle ride around East Anglia, 21st - 24th August 2024. We have paid in full for our places but need to raising much-needed funds for the East Anglian Air Ambulance. We did this previously in 2022, but doing it again will likely stretch us(me!) to our limits, in particular on Day 3 which is 116 miles!! In one day!
