We’re here for the cure. Cure Parkinson’s is working with urgency to find new treatments to slow, stop and reverse Parkinson’s.

Story

Felicity and Sue (plus Nick, Andy, Simon and Mike) are raising money for Parkinson's because members of both families have received a diagnosis.

We will be cycling from Gloucestershire to Essex in two days - a long and hilly journey (around 200k), taking us through the Cotswolds and the Chilterns before we coast towards Essex. We leave Gill and Mick's house on Saturday morning and hope to arrive at Helen and David's on Sunday evening. None of us are honed athletes!

1 in every 37 people will be diagnosed with Parkinson's. It's the world’s fastest growing neurological condition. But there's currently an alarming lack of knowledge and no cure.

Cure Parkinson’s is working with urgency to find new treatments to slow, stop and reverse Parkinson’s.

We'd appreciate your support in any shape or form: whether that means joining us for part (or all) of the ride; shouting as we ride by; or just sending us some strong-leg vibes! If you feel able to donate, that would be a big bonus.

Thank you.
