One in five adults in Northern Ireland will show signs of a mental illness. When matched to 17 other countries, NI had the 2nd highest rates of mental ill-health. Prevalence of mental illness in Northern Ireland is 25% higher than in England.

In late 2021 I began regular sessions with a therapist to help me on the journey with my own mental health struggles so I'm passionate about organisations who exist to help people.

Action Mental Health (AMH) actively promotes the mental health and well-being of people in Northern Ireland. I'd love you to join me in helping to raise money for this wonderful and much needed work. I will be running 60k in May to raise money and awareness.
