Story

I'm undertaking 10 sponsored challenges with the goal of raising £10,000 for the Motor Neurone Disease Association, in memory of my wonderful dad.

My dad lived with MND — a progressive, life-shortening illness that affects the brain and nerves. Watching the condition gradually take away his ability to move, speak, and eventually breathe was heartbreaking. Despite everything, he faced each day with strength and dignity. These challenges are my way of honouring his memory and supporting others affected by this devastating disease.

The MND Association is a charity that works tirelessly to support those living with MND, fund critical research, and campaign for improved care and access to treatments. Every donation will help continue this essential work.

✅ Challenge 1 – Climbed the highest mountain in Wales (Mount Snowdon) - June 2024

✅ Challenge 2 – Ran the MND 60 mile Challenge - August 2024

✅ Challenge 3 – Abseiled down Anfield Football Stadium (Liverpool) - January 2025

🎯 Challenge 4 – Coming soon: Bungee Jump (Bristol) - August 2025

There are six more challenges to come — each one chosen to test me physically or mentally, and to push me outside of my comfort zone, just as so many people living with MND are pushed every single day.

If you’re able to support my fundraising in any way, I’d be incredibly grateful. Every donation, no matter the size, helps move us closer to a world free from MND.

Thank you for your support.
