Surrey Search & Rescue is a voluntary specialist search team which assists the emergency services find missing vulnerable adults and children. We are on-call 24 hours a day, with a team of 80+ people and search dogs, to respond across Surrey and surrounding areas.

Story

Surrey Search & Rescue is a voluntary specialist search team which assists the emergency services. Primarily to help find vulnerable missing people or children and we also support in water rescue incidents and wildfires. We are on-call 24 hours a day, with a team of 70+ people and search dogs, to respond across Surrey and surrounding areas.

The newly qualified 2023 intake are carrying a stretcher the equilavent height of Leith Hill (tallest surrey hill) up and down Guildford High Street on 13 April.

Surrey Search and Rescue is supported purely by volunteers and fundraising. Any contribution you can give to allow us to continue to be operational is gratefully received.
