Story
We're supporting the Charlie Card campaign to help save lives.
Charlie lost his life because he didn’t have the vital information he needed. When his epilepsy medication ran out, he contacted NHS 111, his GP, and pharmacy—but no one told him he had a legal right to emergency medication or about SUDEP (Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy).
Epilepsy is time-critical. Over 21 people die suddenly every week in the UK—many young. Common causes include lack of timely medication and awareness.
The Charlie Card, created by Charlie’s mum with SUDEP Action, gives people crucial info on emergency meds, epilepsy safety, free access to the EpsMon app, and easy-read resources.
Your support helps get these life-saving cards to those who need them most—a powerful tribute to Charlie’s memory.
Thank you for making a difference.
