We’re a close knit family at Homerton, and we’ve worked together through challenging times in recent years. Our dear colleague, Dave Edwards began suffering with mental health problems after the pandemic, through which he had worked tirelessly. He died by suicide in October 2023, leaving our department bereft.

He’s pictured cradling sim-baby in our simulation centre where- with his expertise, drive and passion for medical education- he was always full of humour and wit, bringing the fun to team working.
