💙 Why I’m Taking on This Challenge 💙

This year I’ll be travelling to Nepal as part of an incredible challenge to help support and empower girls and young women through education and opportunity.

I’ve always loved pushing myself physically, whether that’s hiking mountains, taking on fitness challenges, or stepping outside my comfort zone. But this challenge feels different because it’s about something much bigger than me.

As a Personal Trainer, I’ve seen first-hand how confidence, support and opportunity can completely change someone’s life. Every girl deserves the chance to believe in herself and create a future full of possibilities.

I’ll be fundraising over the coming months to help make that happen, whilst also preparing for what I know will be a challenging and unforgettable adventure.

It’s exciting, a little daunting, and definitely pushing me outside my comfort zone, but that’s exactly why I said yes.

In October 2025, Last Night A DJ Saved My Life begins a brand new chapter — travelling to Nepal for a two-week assessment and connection visit ahead of our most ambitious adventure yet: Sonic Adventure: Nepal 2026.
