Story
In July 2025, 75 grocery colleagues, including three from Nestlé, will take on a challenging three-day cycling event to raise funds for GroceryAid, our industry charity.
This journey will cover approximately 400 kilometers, with over 8,800 meters of elevation gain—equivalent to climbing the height of Everest. Riders will tackle notable climbs such as Whinlatter Pass, Gun Hill, and Cat & Fiddle.
GroceryAid supports people across the grocery industry, providing vital assistance to those in need. This year, they will allocate up to £4.7 million for welfare support, as more colleagues than ever are reaching out for help. In 2023/2024, there was a 93% increase in requests for support, resulting in 78,000 instances of emotional and practical assistance. Your contributions are essential to meet this growing demand.
The Nestlé team includes Alex Bradbury, Luke Hope-Robertson, and Ollie Richardson. Your support can help make a difference for those who rely on GroceryAid. Thank you for your support.
