We will be taking part in this once in a lifetime challenge, three of us will abseil down the side of the iconic Lloyds of London Building on the 8th July at 3pm. The abseil is 289ft, conquering our fears and raising money for a great charity.

If you fancy coming to watch, spectators are welcome, just outside Tower 2. If you stand across the road you will have the best possible view of the decent.

This UK registered charity funds research, raises awareness, and supports families affected by rare paediatric mitochondrial diseases, devastating, terminal conditions, currently with no treatments or cure.

These diseases stop the body’s cells from producing the energy needed to survive, often causing rapid physical decline, seizures, organ failure, and the heart breaking loss of essential abilities. Tragically, children with these conditions often do not survive beyond childhood.

Chosen by colleagues, this partnership reflects a shared commitment to making a real difference. Supporting a smaller charity means our efforts will directly fund vital research and help more families facing these devastating illnesses.
