We’re taking on HYROX Barcelona to raise funds for The McMillan Family Trust, a charity close to my heart that supports young people aged 13 to 18 across South London.

The Trust was founded by Sheron and Terry McMillan, driven by a belief that all young people have the potential to flourish if given the right grounding in life. Today, the charity provides access to sport, education, mentoring and positive role models for young people who face barriers that many of us never had to deal with.

Sport builds confidence, discipline and resilience - that's why I'm pushing myself at one of the world's toughest fitness competitions.
