Completed it mate 🤘🏼
Now that my head is out of the clouds and feet are firmly back on the ground (literally) I just want to say what an amazing experience I had Saturday (21.03.2026) with my partner in crime Charley Abbott completing our first ever parachute 🪂 jump raising money for #MSUK.
A special thanks to everyone who sponsored me for this jump! I am currently at £625!! - so thank you to each and every one of you - without your generosity this would have not been possible!
Also a huge thank you to my husband Mark Terry & my girls for being there to support & love me with my crazy ideas!
And lastly a massive shoutout to my instructor Mutley at UK Parachuting - Sibson Airfield for making me feel at ease, had me laughing during the whole experience & for getting me safely back to the ground - Thank you 🙏🏼
New Date confirmed Saturday 21st March 2026 🙌🏼
** Update**
Unfortunately due to storm ‘Amy’ making an appearance my skydive has been postponed… but do not fret, I am liaising with my partner in crime (Charley) on rescheduling..
So for the last 2 years I have taken part in the MS Society Walk, this year I cannot make it so with a bit of gentle persuasion from my fellow jumping partner and husband & my own words reiterated to me ‘go big or go home’…
I am excited to announce I am taking part in Jump for MS-UK Sky Dive on Saturday 4th October.
Mum’s health has slowly deteriorated over the last year, the MS is taking its toll on her body, with new complications arising because of her illness.
She has suffered from MS for as long as I can remember. She was always such a go getter, a speed freak, always helping out people and the community but then the illness took hold shortly after having my brother and her life slowed down & things would never be the same again. Life hasn’t been easy but no matter how hard things get mum finds the strength a determination to not give in…she’s my hero!
MS-UK was established in 1993, and is a national charity dedicated to empowering people with multiple sclerosis to make the most of today, and live life to the full.
MS-UK put people affected by MS at the heart of the work that they do. They provide high quality, professional services to support people living with multiple sclerosis, and they listen to people affected by MS.
