Story

Simon, Jo & Ethan are fundraising for Dimensions' "Small Sparks" fund.
This is a really important initiative, which will enable people with learning disabilities and autistic people supported by Dimensions (the organisation Jo works for) to apply for a Small Sparks grant.
These grants can help the people Dimensions support find work, create friendship groups to combat loneliness, develop hobbies or improve their independence. Some more information about it is available here - https://www.dimensions-uk.org/news-and-opinion/small-sparks-grants/
We are going to fundraise by running as a family (as fast as we can, and hopefully improving each time), a lap of 'the block' (the streets where we live), a few times each week.
Each lap of the block is about 1.2km so, by the time we have run it 50 times in total, we'll have completed over 50km - a fitting way to celebrate Dimensions turning 50 this year (and Jo's milestone 50th year too!)
The more we raise, the more Dimensions can give out – and Dimensions promises that every penny raised will be given back in Small Sparks grants. Nothing will go on administration.
If you could help transform people's lives by supporting us - even as little as a £1 donation would make a difference - that would be a great help. Thank you.
