UK wide road trip raising money and awareness for Pompe Support Network

We are a network of individuals, families, scientists, and healthcare professionals who aim to improve the lives of all people living and working with Pompe disease. The network is run by members of the Pompe community, for the benefit of the Pompe community.

Story

Through 'The Journey', Countrywoman's Guide co-founders Holly Thomson and Emma Warren are aiming to raise £2,500 for Pompe Support Network throughout the month of September.

Holly has chosen to raise awareness and funds for Pompe Support Network, a cause close to her own heart, through a UK wide, month-long road trip sharing stories from across the countryside through interviews and content creation.

Holly's father lives with the rare condition (Glycogen Storage Disease Type II), and so felt inspired to raise awareness, funds and support for this rare metabolic genetic disorder.
