Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

This charity helps Haemophilia sufferers and there families to cope with the challenges of having a bleeding disorder. This is a genetic blood clotting problem that causes bruises, swellings, internal bleeding and if not treated promptly can lead to severe joint and mobility issues long term. There can also be a risk to life and because of this the majority of people will be using some form of treatment to enable them to stay well long term, which needs hospital support regularly.

The Haemophilia Society does excellent work supporting families and this can be seen on their website. Please have a look...

Throughout the year they offer special activity days and meet ups to enable children and families the opportunities to do normal activities, whilst supporting them to achieve and build resilience with the help of professional staff and their volunteers.

The Haemophilia society offer support and counselling for anyone associated with haemophilia; Mums, Dads, Brothers, Sisters, Aunties, Uncles and Grandparents. This helps them to live happy and fulfilled lives without to much stress and anxiety that this condition can bring on a daily basis.

Please donate anything you can, any amount counts to helping them continue with there excellent work.

Thankyou so much.
