Story

The Fynn pub takes on the 3 peaks in 24 hours challenge - raising funds for St Barnabas House!

On the 18th May 2026, Eloise, Marc, Mike, Charlie, Dan & Lauren will step away from pouring pints to get some serious steps in hiking up Ben Nevis (Scotland), Snowdon (Wales) & Scafell Pike (England), attempting to complete all three within a 24 hour period. Martin will be the transport manager for this trip, in charge of logistics & doing all the driving, ensuring the team arrive safely at each peak.

St Barnabas is the hospice for the Worthing, Adur, Arun and Henfield areas. Thanks to support from the local community, adults with life-limiting illnesses and their loved ones can enjoy life as fully as possible, during the time they have left together. Specialist care is provided in people’s own homes across the area and at the hospice in Worthing. We are also there to support people at the end of their lives so that they can die with dignity in a warm and caring environment – whether at home or on our inpatient unit.
