Story
Cold water swimming has played a big part in managing my mental health and some of my chronic health conditions over the last few years so I'm excited to be taking part in the Dip A Day challenge this October for Surfers Against Sewage.
I'll be engaging with cold water daily throughout October in the form of loch, river and ocean swims in Scotland (and a cold shower anytime I can't physically get outside)! Every penny goes towards ocean-saving work, to put an end to sewage pollution and plastic pollution that's crippling our seas. Whether you donate £1 or £50, every little bit helps.
Caring for the environment and responsibly accessing the outdoors is very important to me. I'm looking forward to taking part in this fundraiser to help take care of our ocean for us and future generations to come.
Thank you for your support 🌊

Surfers Against Sewage is a charity of water lovers campaigning to protect the ocean and all it makes possible, by taking action on the ground that triggers change from the top. For people to thrive and live life to the fullest, the ocean must thrive too. And so we need to confront all that threatens it. Plastic. Sewage. Industrial exploitation. Climate change. Today, we’re more than surfers. It’s more than sewage. We’re here because of the ocean. Let’s fight for it.

I'll likely share the most about the challenge on TikTok and Instagram but I'll update as much as I can here too.
