At Thomas Carroll, we believe in building better futures for our clients, our colleagues, and our communities. That’s why we’re incredibly proud to sponsor and participate in the Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge 2025 in support of our long-standing charity partner, Tŷ Hafan.

Since 1999, Tŷ Hafan has provided vital care and support for children with life-shortening conditions and their families across Wales. Over the past decade, we’ve raised more than £100,000 to help them continue their incredible work, but we’re not stopping there!

On Saturday 7 June 2025, two brave teams from Thomas Carroll will lace up their boots and join the challenge: tackling Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen y Fan - over 20 miles and 9,397ft of climbing in just one day. It’s a serious test of endurance, determination and teamwork.

This challenge is more than just a hike. It’s about pushing ourselves to support a cause that’s close to our hearts. Every pound raised goes directly to Tŷ Hafan, helping them continue to provide comfort, care and precious moments to families who need it most.
