Thomas's story

Hi guys, Team “Keeva“ is back again for the last time to run the Royal Parks half marathon.

For 2025 we have decided to run for Great Ormond Street children’s hospital.

Many of the team have had children receive medical treatment and care at this hospital and we all agreed it would be nice to raise money for this worthy cause.

This year's team are David Brennan, Brian Rooney, Michael Rooney, Ed O'Connor, Damian Wright, Stephen Sheppard, Peter Butler, Nick Jones, Alan Barrett, Darren Gilbride, Paul Mc Loughlin, Molly Mc Loughlin , Tricia Barrow and myself Thomas Hanbury.

The charity requires vital funds to keep all their services going and I hope you can make a donation to this honourable cause. The money raised will go towards the new childrens cancer centre.

We have set a target of raising over £5000 and any donation no matter how small or large will make a difference to a child’s life and well being.

We are also hosting a HOE DOWN country night [ The Show Down ] in the claddagh ring on the Saturday 27th September, 8PM -2AM hope to see you all there.
