In honour of our close family friend Kaz who was taken far too soon by Pancreatic Cancer, we are taking part in PLANETS behemoth 100m dawn till dusk charity ride.

Your donation will provide finalcial support to the incredible folk at PLANETS Charity. PLANETS give people like Kaz the best possible chance of beating cancer. The small homegrown organisation was started by cancer surgeons wanting to raise money for groundbreaking medical procedures. It's partnered with cancer survivors who help to provide support networks for the individuals and families affected by their diagnosis.

We're so proud to be taking part in this event (and albeit a little afraid...) Any donations big or small our sincerely appreciated xxx

A little more about PLANETS:

PLANETS Cancer Charity helps patients with pancreatic, liver, colorectal, gastric, oesophageal and neuroendocrine cancer by funding patient support groups, innovative treatments and research. Since 2011 we have raised more than £1,900,000!

In the current, cost-cutting NHS environment, research and innovation is in danger of being sidelined. PLANETS aim IS to ensure that patients across our region and further afield still have access to the best available care.
