I am walking in Memory of my loving Mum who I lost recently to dementia. My boys are walking with me in mempry of their Granny Sue.

She was supportive of this charity because of our family connection, and enjoyed some of the online groups. We want to raise money in her name, so that she leaves a legacy of caring for people with a dementia. It's a fitting tribute to someone who spent all of their life caring and supporting others.

We would appreciate any donation you can give us.

The money goes directly to providing the amazing and much needed support for others who also face life with dementia.
