Hi,

I'm happy to report that, this October, I and my colleagues, Emma and Stephen, will be jumping out of a plane.

(I'm even happier we will be doing so with parachutes!)

Aside from being on my personal bucket list, I am doing this in order to fundraise for St Andrew's Children's Society. As a charity, we dedicate ourselves to transforming the lives and outcomes of our foster and adoptive families through the many supports, groups, trainings and workshops we are able to offer. Although we allocate a portion of the local authority funding we receive once a child has been placed for adoption, like many charities, we rely heavily on fundraising such as this to continue to provide support to our families, both now and in the future.
