Help Me Make a Difference for Great Ormond Street Hospital

Hi everyone,

In 2025, I’m taking on a series of five endurance challenges to raise vital funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH), a place that provides life-saving care for seriously ill children. As a father, I feel a deep connection to the cause. While I hope I never have to take my child there, I cannot begin to imagine how difficult it must be for families who rely on this incredible hospital. I want to do something to support them, and I hope you’ll join me on this journey.

My Challenges:

Marathon - Starting with a nice gentle 26.2 miles of scenery at the Milton Keynes Marathon in May.

10k Swim - A leisurely paddle clocking up 400 lengths of a 25m pool in June, all Breastroke because that's all I'm any good at. No armbands required.

Mountain Trek - A quick stroll of a mere 10 miles in July, taking in 4 peaks on the Pen y Fan Horseshoe Ridge Walk.

50k Walk - A short amble from one end of the Basingstoke Canal to the other in August featuring multiple ducks.

Great North Run - One last meander on one of the UK's most recognisable routes in September to bring it all to a close.

Each challenge represents more than just physical effort. It’s about pushing myself to raise as much as I can for the children and families at GOSH who are facing unimaginable battles every day. Great Ormond Street not only provides incredible medical care, but they also offer emotional and practical support to families during their most difficult times. Every donation helps them continue their vital work and make life that little bit easier for families in need.
