When you look forward to seeing your 60 th year in March you start to look back at your life and think about how can I help others . I was lucky to have spent several years in Berlin with the Queens Own Hussars and to be honest formed many habits that I finally learned I didn’t need and over the last year my focus is moving forward.Many of you will know my new passion for running and having chosen Sobriety for over two years now so I decided to set myself a challenge for 2026 and as always my mad self came up with a cunning plan !
