Hello, thank you so much for considering getting involved in the Time To Talk Coachathon. I’m Nick Woolley, Founder of Alba Coaching. I've set up this Coathathon because I believe everyone has a right to mental wellbeing support and while raising money to allow MIND to do this work, also gives you an opportunity to experience the power of coaching.

In any one year, 1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem and the average wait for routine appointments for psychological therapy is 8 months.

Mind wants to make sure no one has to face a mental health problem alone. They provide advice and support to anyone facing a mental health problem, as well as campaigning to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

ALL the money raised will go directly to MIND.

Here is how your donation helps:

£20 could run an online peer support community for an hour, helping people connect with others and feel less alone.

£40 could help the Infoline answer calls, providing someone with vital support and information about help available for them.

£50 could help MIND campaign for better mental health services from the Government, ensuring people get the support they need, as soon as they need it.

£100 could pay the cost of one of the Infoline or Legal Line advisors for a whole day. Thanks to your amazing support, we can maintain our advisors, ready to answer calls for support and help.
